Colorful Tides
She is the sea on a windless night
The gentle fall of each wave
When calmly breaking the shore
She is the ocean
Who kindly wraps her arms around the young
And softly guides the movements of the old
To brighten even one persons day
She is the deepness
The darkness alone
Hiding in the shadows of crevice and crack
To come and pull you away
She is the tide that can save you
Or tear you apart
The current to be altered
With every minuscule movement
Her emotions show in patterns
A gentle wave
A strong, brisk rip tide
Or crystal clear waters for all to see
But beware of where waters are dark
Where corners hold dull and dreadful colors
And the waves do not calmly reach shore
But violently crash into stone
