Me, Myself, and I

Me.
People say to be myself,
just let my spirit be free.
To do what my heart desires.
Myself.
Others tell me to be me - listen to my head,
don't worry about my heart;
Logic is what is best.
Who is to know the right answer?
Who is to know the right thing?
Could it be there is no correct choice?
But as I sit here
hearing what they tell me,
A thought occurred to me:
Nobody seems to listen...
To what
I
want.
