I have to stay
Tears taste like regret
Skin feels like fear
As he takes a step close i feel him near
breath hot like a summer day
his hands cold like a winter night
Fingers racing up and down my spine whispering it'll be okay
while his hands walk down my pants, my body starts to wake
A kick, a scream, a scratch, a punch
I settle down, Fear is what i've become
like a trained dog taught to obey
he pulls and says ''you want to stay''
Seals my eyes, glues my mouth
emotional and sexual abuse
that's all its all about
I have to stay
