Strong roots,
Strong Bones,
Hanging leaves,
Hanging low,
Cherries hanging,
Cherries falling down.

Whispering,
Secret things,
Rotting cherries,
Sipping drinks,
Too many girls hanging downtown.

Smoky clubs,
Sixties swing,
Mildew falling,
Retro beats,
Chewing gum,
Riding around the town.

Killing each other,
Riding Harleys,
They ran around at midnight wearing sheets,
Sweat dripping,
Dripping off their brow.
