Emptiness
there's so many empty people here
so many miss the point
they just don't see the truth that's here
they don't understand meaning
there is power in words,
some great emotion
but so many hollow, just don't see
not so deep,
they don't even try to understand
why we're here

This is about finding meaning in life, and getting into the mental state where one is consumed by finding meaning in life to where he/she cannot see the meaning in the smallest of things, looking so hard for something until it cannot be found for the sole reason that it has already consumed the looker.
