I'm Okay

Just because I'm smiling doesn't mean I'm happy
I don't necessarily want to be happy
I just want to stop feeling torn
There so many thoughts in my head
It hurts to think about it, it really does
I don't know if I'm getting better
Or just getting use to the pain
Thinking I don't have any friends
Except for the blade that cuts my wrist
I don’t want to die,
But I do think about it.
