A lonely highway with no car or person in sight
Some may feel like this highway at night
Just a lonely highway not even picking a fight
You may think that the highway is lonely
Not me because I think it is going to be alright
When day comes and it is bright unlike that night
The lonely highway will see at least a single brake light
Many people come to conclusion about night right on sight
They are not quite right
The night can excite
So many adventures and places to explore, so be polite
The highway is not lonely you see. Ah again, there you are not right.
The highway is at peace on this very night
No cars to trample it or people to pollute that site
So never underestimate the night.

What inspired me in this piece is a picture of an empty highway that is called Route 10 by Blake Hines in Arizona.
