Lust for Love
Love and lust are her two virtues,
The two hold hand and hand with each other,
She brings the most joy in your life,
And then without a second she takes it away.
Love and lust is what she brings,
Love is perfect, flying, like a birds wings,
But when lust hits the disaster strikes,
You try to run, with all of your might,
It can pull you together, than tear you apart,
You try to stop the desires deep in your heart,
But when she finally stops playing her games,
A lasting love she’s sure to give.
Close your eyes, and count to three,
Love, you ask, it’s all you seek.
When your heart is open, and mind is free,
I’m sure she’ll give love, not lust, just like she gave me.
A trickster she is, with a devilish outlook, Goddess of love is she,
The lovely and lustful; Aphrodite.
