A feather touch of a memory
A silent whisper of a voice
A quick shadow of a worry
Then the floods of all noise

It was then I remember it all went away
It was then, it was then, my heart breaks at the thought
But my heart cannot hold these memories at bay
Nor will it stop it's weeping until freedom is bought

I have loved again, hoped again, broken inside and out
A shell of what once was, for now I do know
That it was that night that it all fell to doubt
And fate did render us as likely friend as foe

I no longer know where I stand in your heart
As you no longer know where you stand in mine
All things that were good that night they did part
My world reversing all filthy things fine

I know not where to find you or where you have been
It is all for the best for if you I did find
I know now whether into your arms I would lean
Or if a weapon I would pull, showing no love of mine

I miss you, it is you I never wish to see
Neither thought will prevail for both of us the same
The universe has forever bound you and me
But to keep us apart is darkness's game

A galaxy made of long lost love
The stars that shine are each of my tears
A world created to hold the lost dove
A material form to all ancient fears

A feather touch of a memory
A silent whisper of a voice
A quick shadow of a worry
Then the end to all noise

My hope drains out, my heart beats alone
For darkness will forever reign on his throne

Some untold stories should remain untold.

Others should be spoken and carried on the wind to the ends of the earth.
