My Canvas
My art is pain my canvas is screaming,
no one hears but me I paint with the color red its reminds me if how I’m dead inside.
My canvas is my true home I welcome the pain of my art.
It’s warm and makes me feel as if someone cares. My canvas is my only friend my brush its companion.
The brush is cold and sharp.
It paints the canvas letting it scream
letting the red flow.
My art is me, my art set me free
my canvas shall remain.
