The fans are singing
The park is ringing
The sun is shining far above
The team is playing
Everyone is staying
Driving in all the runs
The bats are swinging
Batters are hitting
The balls straight up towards the sky
Out fielders are jumping
Arms stretched out
Reaching high in the ninth
The infield is anxious
Every passing moment
Being alert and ready for pop flies
You can’t beat baseball
The thrill of it all
Happening now in your own park
