The Attack
Your heart begins to pump faster,
You get cold,
Then become hot.
Your breath becomes hard to catch,
and it wont come back for a long while.
You feel your palms becomming clamy.
Your finger tips tingle.
Then comes the river.
It floods out of your eyes and streams down your face.
Drowning all that needs to be gone.
Your breaths runs faster away and you cant keep up with it.
You quiver and try to not breath so loud.
It feels like it never stops, and continues to come back.
That is the anxiety attack.
