Parallel eternally

He's the snow and I'm the rain-- so alike but not the same
Rain and snow fall separately
Distant, apart, parallel eternally
And she's the biting winter wind, partner of the snow,
They walk hand in hand for they are meant to be,
Companions written in the stars.
And I'm just the rain, I fall alone.
