I sit around
Sort through thoughts
Trying to figure it out
The country songs
All say
Love should be easy
But it really isn't
It never was in the first place
But today's stories
Are all too simple
Watered down
So we can watch it all
In an hour and a half movie
But no one learns to love
In a few moments
Its more like a lifetime
Learning, Growing
Breaking, Crying
And one day it all makes sense.
