This isn't a fairy tale
The world isn't always beautiful as they want us to believe
behind closed doors the dark creatures come out to play
toying with the truth
Blurring the lines of reality
Creating the illusion of happily ever after
Evil doesn't always lurk in dark corners
Innocence isn't always beautiful
Our minds condradict our hearts
Our hearts can lead us astray
While fear binds us and blinds us
With hope brings bitter sweet sarrow
We often live for tomorrow not for today
We regret what we can not change
Try to change what will not be tamed
We call our selves free men when we are our own chains
Bound by angels and demons within
It is only human to sin
Those who are devious and succeed are far more than those of pure heart with hopes and dreams
So remember this when you swallow that icy glass of reality it will slice though your hopes as it flows down your throat leaving you fighting to stay above the surface before it all drags you to The abyss where hades awaits with his three headed hounds
Fire it's self will laugh in your face leaving scorched handprints if you so dare to tempt it to play ;)
