I wonder if they see that I'm trying.
I want to feel genuinely happy.

I feel empty
I worry that they'll see though my facade.
I cry because I'm misunderstood.
I am fragile and strong.
I understand that the world is harsh.
I try to survive through school.
I hope to find the heart that has shattered.
