I wonder
Sometimes I wonder,what if I die alone.
Would the world carry on without me leaving shadows that gleam gold ?
Like certain trees don't require soil to grow,
I'm the type of person that builds, creates, and walks their own path, alone.
Sometimes I wonder is there such a thing called love ?
I listen to songs about the feeling of spring time in winter and Christmas in June,
all are songs about a girl that would make the singer feel brand new.
I'm not the one to express my feelings, nor the one to express my shame ,
which is why my favorite song is “Why do fools fall in love” ,
because I believe that love is just a game.
Sometimes I wonder if life is reality,
because everything that happens to me seems to be a tragedy.
And that every friendship seems to go astray,
but that’s only because our flaws in life are just another plot change.
And sometimes I drift into that little place in my mind,
where I find comfort to the sound of wind chimes.
And the repetition in my mind gets my gears going, and going,
leaving me with the thought,
where is my life going?
