Today I will go out for a nice run
I am out, now I’m going to jump
When I am outside I always have fun
When I work hard I can feel my heart pump
When I’m in the air, I feel like I’m free
When I fly I don’t think about the past
If I mess up I could badly hurt my knee
But I don’t so I always have a blast
I like to jump off roofs to do a flip
I’ll land and I’ll probably have to slide
When I get up I can’t afford to trip
When I am running I have to take pride
If I do not I won’t be at my best
If I work hard I will surpass the rest
