Darkness clouds,
A fleeting mind,
Of closely wondering,
What went wrong?
Tears distort,
Distilled waters,
Of the life,
Reflected back at you.
Confusion drives away,
A conscious thought,
Inviting in,
Blurry images.
Nerves bite down,
On shredded nails,
Wondering if,
Today’s misery,
Will continue on tomorrow?
Dragging on,
Days on end,
Will these games be endless?
Or miraculously fade away?
