Novice in the Arts of all things Human
Rehearsed, is what it is
The grin, the laugh, the sin
Playfully harnessed
Just to fit in
One wrong done,
I'm always first to jump in
'Sorry, I'll repent'
While the other's spine isn't bent
Why must I go the whole mile?
When life on this earth
Isn't even worth while
For those who don't care,
one good I can't even spare
What was left is gone:
My mind, soul. My whole self
All ripped to shreds
Hooked as a notch on their belt
This is their game
I'd tried, I'd failed
There are no victories
In a world where
Outsiders never prevail
