Two Dogs
"inside every man there
are two dogs fighting,
one's good, one's evil.
You know who wins? The
one you feed the most"
- New T.V show Golden Boy
We all feed these dogs,
that are inside us,
everyday. Most of the
time we never know we
are feeding them, or
which one is being fed,
but sometimes we do.
We know we are feeding
the good, helpful dog
when we do something nice
for the girl or guy we
really care about. Maybe
we open doors or simply
just hold them open for
that special someone.
We know we are feeding
the evil, hateful dog
when we do anything out
of revenge towards a
friend or enemy. We might
yell at or text them
something that you both
know would really hit
home and hurt them deeply.
We all have these fighting
and starving dogs in us
all day, everyday, but
individually inside all
of us one dog is bigger,
stronger, and more fed
than the other because of
our actions in each
others lives everyday.
These dogs will fight
inside ourselves until
one kills the other
because we fed that one
more, and more often
than the other. After
the other dies then we
just chose the way we
want to live for
eternity.
