They pound in my head,
like rain on a steel roof.
Cannons fire, music plays,
words fly by like a shooting star that I never get to wish upon.
Sometimes I can use it like a gift,
analyzing and working faster than most.
Other times it uses me, its wrath the worst when I just
can't
stop
thinking
and
it's
already
5 A.M.
