My friend has asked me at least thirty times
"If you had three wishes, what would they be?"
Twenty-nine out of the thirty times I replied,
"I don't know, do you honestly think I care?"
But then I sat down and thought,
If I had the power to do anything, defy any science or logic,
what would I do?
It occurred to me that the things I wish for may never happen,
but would it hurt to think about things I could do?

Wish number one, to travel the world,
go to every country and continent and experience them all,
like they do in fairy tales.
Maybe I'll go to Paris, climb the 1710 steps of the Eiffel Tower
and look down down on the city of love.
Or maybe go to London, where the Queen will knight me,
and I will gaze up at the Big Ben.
Or maybe I'll travel to the dead sea, and float above the cool blue water.
And straight from there, I must go snowboard the Swiss Alps
From the top,
down,

down ,

down
to the bottom.

Wish number 2,
Though this may sound stupid,
because it's every girls dream,
but wish number two would be
to be very rich, and to marry a handsome, smart and gorgeous man.
Our house would have gold floors and rock climbing walls.
Unimaginable TVs and games.
Maybe a candy factory inside our house,
With 24 hour chefs from all around the world
And maybe a dog, yeah, a dog sounds nice.
It would be any child's dream home.
So big, that every day would be a new adventure.
My life would be adventurous, and the gorgeous man would just be,

ICING

on
the

cake.

My last and final wish
Has to be worthwhile,
and meaningful, not just to me
but to the world, too.
So I decided that wish number three, would be
to change, help, or do something
that would miraculously change the world.
I don't know what it would be, or how I would do it,
but that's the thing about a wish.
If you wish for something,
it always comes true.
