the perfect face

a tiny waist
Long Dark curls
falling , falling down

her curvy hips lose meat
now like bones rubbing
together
tiny waist too tiny
unhealthy
perfect skin now ghastly
dull and dead
lips a cold blue
No one knew
they would never of guessed
the perfect beauty
didnt feel so pretty
alone on her pedestal
She fell
