What's left of the past
I gave you my heart,
You only threw it away,
You gave me a dart
I began to decay.
From the start it was a lie,
Only a memory of the dream,
I couldn't help but feel them die,
And you weren't deemed.
To the end I love you,
To this day you despise me,
Only thing you gave me was a boo who,
While just drinking your tea.
You cracked the one thing dear,
Not giving a care in your mind,
After all you're the cause of the tear,
And still I gave you time.
I'll always be there,
What a forgetful lie,
Yet you never gave time to share,
And till death did I die.
Do you take her hand,
The words never came through,
Till death do you part,
Part ways did it come true.
