Remember
I gaze out across the vast ocean
Through my body rushes every kind of sweet emotion
The waves tumble with ferocious might
Oh how I’d love my beloved grandpa to see this sight
He passed away with God in his brave heart
The thought of this makes the falling of my tears start
“For I know the plans I have for you” states the Bible
My dear grandpa is only away from me for a while
Ever since that day filled with grief and sorrow
I realized that our loved ones could be taken away from us today or tomorrow
So savor the moments of each day
Because you never know when they’ll slip away
