Inside
Inside
I beg you to look
Can you see her?
Or is it just smoke?
She is trapped behind
The ominous clouds
So thick and muddled
She can hardly get out.
My girl
Wandering blindly
Through the forests of
Uncertainty and fear
Doubtful an end
Is near.
Until she comes to the tree
That marks the end
Of the path
Splitting the road in two
While she begins
Down the lane
That offers the most
Light.
