Just Me
I don’t expect you to understand,
Everything that runs through my mind.
Because a lot of what I do doesn't make sense,
It confuses even me.
The way I want all of your attention,
But claim I want to be left alone.
I say you don’t matter to me,
But in reality you’re my entire world.
I am ambitious,
Yet I am extremely lazy.
I love who I am,
But still hate everything about me.
I tell people I don’t care,
When it bothers me intensely.
But I guess that’s who I am,
No point in changing it.
I just hope that you will still be with me,
Even with my crazy contrasting mind.
