A River of Lights

Sparks of blue-green light break the Dark’s proprietary visage;
Exploding through the gloom in ever changing shapes;
Betraying the citizens of the night;
Every movement brings forth a burst of bioluminescent light.
The river breathed, exhaling an invisible spark;
To which no ancient star can compare.
