A Regular Kid

A baby
Just like any other
He was cared for
Like any other child
He was fed
Played games
Went to school
Then life got difficult for the little boy
Blurry vision
Contacts helped
Impatient teachers
Stressful days
Shortage of breath
The shortage of breath went away
Because of an inhaler
Now the little boy is grown up
He is always working hard
Using persistence and determination
He looks at the past, proud and encouraged
And his future shines bright
