Etched forever
Amore my love I carve it deep
Flushing red in all 10 shades of gray
Our names sink in scribbled script
Into hardened stone they seep
Into wood my knife goes next
Nicking our names
Shavings fall like stars
How our love flowers it reflects
I steal a space, inside the stall
With Permanent black
Etch little hearts Me plus you
lay shinning still, upon the rusting wall
