Have I meaning beyond the dust?
I am told no, yet
I have my doubts

Clouds waltz over lonely peaks as
Collapsing waves crest to weary cliffs
I have my doubts

Dew tears roll down sighing boughs to
Close embers to dust
I have my doubts

For I am a leaf upon the wind
And a pebble in the ocean
So I can certainly not doubt
Me.
