Precious
Tears running down her face as she lies beside her mother face
Dried blood streaks mark her face as her head bows down
To the man who brought her here on this very special day
The day she was born and cried as he shed tears of joy
Daddy’s little girl was what he said when he held her in his arms
Daddy’s girl has her head bowed ready for the shot that killed her mother
Between the eyes right in the gutter was all she saw when she walked in
He pushed her down and told her to bow as her red hair fell on her eyes
Precious was the little girl’s name and she was as special as a ruby
Ruby and jewels are no match for you is what he said
She soon wished that he would shoot her dead
I love you was his last word before the fire came
She didn’t feel pain or hurt anywhere until she heard something fall to the floor
Daddy no was her cry when she saw blood flow from his crown
She crawled to him as blood spread on the floor
She held his head in her lap as she cried and cried
The blood spread onto her skirt and on her shirt
It was if the moon and sky turned red as she soon put the gun to her head and fell dead
She lay in between her mother and father as she joined them again
 She was a baby
 A precious, precious, precious baby
A daddy’s girl was what she was and she loved her daddy for it
Precious was gone on the cold day for she never died like her mother and father
She died slowly and slowly as everything turned red
The moon was now her mother and the sun her father
The stars where her for she was as precious as they
