(fire)
no matter how hard you try

you can’t stop it, can you?
your body’s cravings, its needs

consume you
like a smoldering fire, ready

to burst into flame at any moment
you stare at my smooth, white throat

your eyes trailing down
and you already know

what lies beneath
does it pleasure you to stare?

to imagine
I can see it in your eyes, it is obvious

what you need
and you know exactly how to get it

exactly how to feel better
and that enthralls me more, there is no way

I can escape this fire
you consume me

The author's comments:
This is one of many poems I've written in the past couple of months. The words simply flow through my mind, into my fingers and I write. This particular poem may have shady implications to some people, but I will leave it's interpretation up to the reader. Hope you like!
