Two years ago,
I first saw him.
Small, skinny, charming, cute.
He talked to me,
I listened.
We shared memories
and laughter.
And then,
I liked him.
And he liked me,
I thought.
One year later,
Closer than ever.
He asked me out.
Girlfriend.
First kiss.
First love.
First gone.
Moved from my heart,
conceived my tears.
Two years ago,
I wish was today.
A new day.
Is it better to love and to have lost,
then to have never loved at all?
