Real Love
Mary J. Calls it “Real Love” but what is that.
Forever society has changed the meaning.
Maybe it is the feeling that I get from your diction.
Making my heart pounce, and my skin stand gleaming.
The “Realness” of it all seems a statement of fiction.
Or maybe an underestimation of power.
My soul lights up, our connection equals ignition.
Your presence sets me on fire.
But what is “real love?”
How can one actually define?
Maybe to you it’s that three word phrase.
But I know it is none like mine.
My heart pounces, my skin stands gleaming.
I know it is the feeling that I get from your diction.
Forever society has changed the meaning.
The feeling is mutual, it's fact rather than fiction.
