This nest of
wire,nestled,in this continent

wrestled
from the ones who lived here before.
This brain wrested from the primordial soup
before life is like a nest of
wire, electricity traveling, snapping, cracking;
lacking meaning with no one to do the directing.

I wrote this after I rode to school and when I was under a power line, the radio fuzzed out.
