My heart is speeding knife-

When the love bubble comes my way

I POP IT!

It’s so small yet so sharp with rough edges that release its power.

Shape pain across my chest when I think of who I was.

My heart is a speeding knife, destroys any happiness that comes in sight with
its thin end.

Striking others’ minds that once destroyed me.

My heart is a speeding knife.

Going straight for what made me.

It’s a sharp, dangerous place to be.

In this poem I used the metaphor of a knife to describe my heart.
