As I Once Stood
It chokes me
wrapped around like smoke entangling
I clench
Jump to descent
down
down, down
Breaking down
element, atom, every part of me
everything you took
missing
the gaping tear
that runs around me
This feeling I refused
it soaks into my skin
a small droan
escaping from my cracked, well worn lips
they bleed the tears I should have cried
The tears that now encase my body
in a thin seal
One I created to be broken
by you
Again
