Innocence
Warm summer days
Running through sprinklers
Playing with other kids on the block
Hear them play, laugh, fall, skip from dusk to dawn
Their laughter is innocent, like cotton candy and rainbows
Then they get older
Full of excitement to be an adult
To live how they want
No rules
Reality hits in and the realization that life was easy when you were young
Now they want to hit rewind
Stay innocent for as long as they can
Is it all worth losing your innocence?
