Nineteen Times
Forgive me Lord but I have committed
The most sinful of deeds
I kissed her more than once,
Nineteen times to be exact
And each kiss
Forced me to revisit every instance
Electricity has pulsed through my veins
With the slightest of touch
It started as game
But I now fear it’s love…
Forgive me Lord but we snuck around
Momma told me that this was an act of Satan
Said I’d go straight to Hell
But I fear there must be a mistake
Wrong has never felt this right
