I Never Meant to Leave,
If Only I had stayed,
We could have lived together,
With all the plans we made
But now all of our dreams,
Are just sweet memories,
For you to take with you,
Whenever you remember me
Remember the laughs we had,
And dry all your tears,
You are still very young,
And have many more years
So go on with your life,
And get a brand new start,
But as you go on,
Know you’ll always have my heart
I never meant to leave you,
Only if you could see,
How much I loved you,
And hoped you’d Remember Me
