The thick tree that is out front has gone through multiple changes in its life. The thick tree that is out front has changed who it is, but not what it is.
Not very long ago, as it feels, it was only a little tree chosen out of a field of many by me. We have seen one another go through many situations. We have seen one another overcome the outside world. We have seen one another grow and reach and branch out hesitantly to new things.
That little, now big, red Japanese maple tree still continues to adapt and stay stable in an ever changing world.
