I can't believe our friendship is over
It feels like just yesterday you called me your sister
when I needed someone to lean on
you always had my back
When we would argue I remember saying "I'll never forgive u for that"
but somehow , some way , you always seemed to forgive me
but then that smile I made appear on your face
seemed to appear less and less each day
it got to the point where you wouldn't even look my way
unless you had a negative comment to make
I always used to reminisce on the past
you letting me wear your jacket , the hugs, and the laughs
the lowkey flirting we always used to do
but when asked about it "we're just friends" were the only words we used
looking in each others eyes and laughing at the bliss
the words we spoke without speaking,
were as loud as it gets
now we're moving on with our lives as if the past never did exist
