Let It Snow
There is a sting left from when you uttered the word
“goodbye”
Oh how I can still feel the
bitterness
in the cold air that December night
The nostalgic taste of the memories we made
streams
in my mouth
numbing
my tongue and sprouting throughout my entire body
The words you threw at me still
repeat themselves
to me at night
Whisperingscreamingbegging
And I am so tired of the
rock
you present to me with expectations of a
ring
in return
For what I want to keep to myself and destroy
There is a sting left from when you uttered the word
“goodbye”
