Wild Creatures
I have yet to reckon what is eerie
And nothing really popped up in my head
I gradually traipse to find my imaginary places
Where my menagerie and thoughts
Can roam freely
I embedded a smile on my face
A breath of fresh air
I inhaled naturally
I never knew I could breathe like this
And I stood and held my own embrace
Until I finally let go at the end
Maybe I cannot divulge things
About the future and the past
I cannot understand the words I say myself
Every now and then I am a wild creature myself
Wild creatures are what I see
They are trying to find a sacred place
To call their home
And no matter what circumstances
The wild creatures will not make it home tonight
