Hopeless
Wishing always leads to you.
You who makes me swoon,
Swoon and fever over the thought of your touch.
Touch my skin, my lips, my heart, my love.
Love is what has me consumed,
Consumed in your arms, your warmth.
Warmth has swallowed me, melting me-
Me who has who completely fallen,
Fallen in love with you.
Ice was my heart- my own personal disease-
Diseases I thought never had a cure,
Cured in an instant by your words.
Words turn to silence,
Silence turns to longing-
Longing to be the very pen you hold when you write.
Write the words I love you?
You hold me in your hands
Hands that I wish to never leave.
Breathe, just breathe.
Breathing is harder said than done around you.
You, the one who takes the air right out of me.
Me, the hopeless fool that dances around you to catch your eye.
Eyes so green that they hold my gaze and fill me with craze,
Craze to want to be with you forever.
“Forever” I whisper, “I will be yours.”
