It's a mysterious night
A faint breeze on your bare legs
something is coming towards
your life flashing in your face
no where to hide
sept in your past
The painful past more or less
hiding beside your worst memories
taking them in
using them to hide against it
when you come to a good memory
you stop and let him come in
Let all that matters slip in your caring grasp
No regrets you jump in like the rest
Become what every person becomes
Your new self a dull new you
people will cry when they see you
But nothing matters in this situation
You are alone
with your past
Watching over what you have done
You feel nothing but sorrow
but the hurt you brought to the world
You can't stop and think
can't talk
can't take back
You watch the painful past
you and him
Stepping into the gates
The last thing you do is regret
and how you change
By the time you start it's all ready happened
The clock spins back
to a place were people thrive
No time
no dates
just you and your thoughts now
you will live in a way you have never experienced in your life
as a real person
