You're Not Here
You’re Not Here
As I lie underneath the dark blue sky
Images run through my head
Of you
I can’t believe you’re gone
I never I thought I’d see the day,
Where you wouldn’t be in my life
I don’t know what I did to deserve this
But it’s not fair.
Not at all
If I could bring you back, I would
But there’s nothing I can do
You’re gone.
One day I’ll see you again,
Someday soon I hope
Trying to live without you
Is like a fish trying to live without water
Impossible.
When you left, my heart broke in pieces
You held it in one piece
I never knew I could feel so empty and lost
You were my everything
My only thing
Still are
Now what do I have to look forward to?
My bed has become my best friend
I spend every second in it
What’s the point of doing anything?
You were the only one that kept me out of bed
Now that you’re gone what’s the point?
I need you and you’re not here.
