Trapped
I'm trapped in a cage too small for my size.
I can feel the tension of my muscles wanting to breath.
The holder of the key holds me hostage,
Because she's trapping the success she isn't.
She's awaiting my conversion,
Awaiting her victory,
Awaiting to receive the power of intimidation she never gave me.
I gave in.
The cage forms around my facade,
And I'm still trapped in a cage too small for my size.
